Terms and Conditions
These Terms of Sale (“Terms”) apply to anyone who makes a purchase on the Magimix Trade Website.
Please read these Terms carefully before placing an order, to understand who we are, how a contract is formed when you purchase a product (and how you and we may end the contract), what to do if there is a problem and other important information.
Where we refer to the “Magimix Trade Website”, we mean the website which can be accessed at https://magimix.co.uk.

MAKING A PURCHASE ON THE MAGIMIX TRADE WEBSITE
The Magimix Trade Website is for UK Trade Customers only. We do not deliver to addresses outside the UK
OUR CONTRACT WITH YOU
How to place an order. You can order products by following the order process on the Magimix Trade Website. Each order is an offer by you to purchase the products specified in that order. Please read and check your order carefully before submitting it. It is your responsibility to ensure that the terms of your order are accurate and complete.
This includes:
- The type and quantity of product;
- Any information you submit as part of your order, such as your contact details and delivery and billing address.
Once you have placed your order, we will e-mail you an order confirmation to acknowledge that we have received it.
This order confirmation is not our acceptance of your order.
Your order number. We will give you an order number when we accept your order. It will help us if you can tell us the order number whenever you contact us about that order.
Price
- The Price of the Goods is set out in our Price List current at the date of your order or such other price as we may agree in writing.
- Any increase in the Price will only take place after we have told you about it.
- You may be entitled to discounts. Any discounts will be at our discretion.
- All deliveries to UK offshore islands, e.g. Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Orkneys, Hebrides etc, will carry a 5% value of order carriage charge.
- The minimum order value is £500 (exclude VAT)
- The price is exclusive of any applicable VAT and other duties or levies which are imposed or charged by any competent authority.
You must contact us promptly if you think you have been charged the wrong amount for your order, so that we can investigate this and provide you with a refund if necessary.
Payment
- We will invoice you on or at any time after delivery of the Goods
- You must pay the Price within 30 days of the date if our invoice or otherwise according to any credit terms agreed between us.
- If you do not pay within the period set out above, we may suspend any further deliveries to you and without limiting any of our other rights or remedies.
- We may take legal action against you to recover the full amount due to Magimix and recover costs.
- Time for payment will be of the essence of the Contract between us and you.
- All payments must be in £ Sterling unless otherwise agreed in writing between us.
Delivery
- We will arrange for the delivery of the Goods to the address specified in your order agreement or to another UK location we agree in writing.
- Subject to the specific terms of any special delivery service, delivery can take place at any time of day and must be accepted at any time between 8am and 5pm Monday to Friday.
- If you do not take delivery of the Goods we may, store or arrange storage of the Goods and will charge you for all associated costs and expenses including, but not limited to, transportation, storage and insurance.
- The quantity of any consignment of Goods as recorded by Magimix’s place of business shall be conclusive evidence of the quantity received by you unless you can provide conclusive evidence proving the contrary.
We are not responsible for delays outside our control. If something happens which is outside our control and affects the estimated date for delivery, we will let you know as soon as possible and take steps to minimise the effect of the delay. We will also let you know the revised estimated delivery date. Provided we do this, we will not be liable for the delay. However, if there is a risk of substantial delay, you may contact us to end the contract and receive a refund for any products you have paid for but which have not been received.
Inspection and acceptance of Goods
- You must inspect Goods on delivery or collection.
- If you identify any damages or shortage you must inform us in writing within 24 hours of delivery, providing details.
- Other than by agreement, we will only accept returned Goods if there is proof that product has been returned to the you within 30 days of purchase and if we are satisfied that those Goods are defective and if required, have carried out an inspection.
- Subject to your compliance with this clause and/or our agreement we will issue a credit for the value of the product.
- We will be under no liability or further obligation in relation to Goods if:
- You fail to provide notice as set above
- You make further use of such Goods after giving notice
- The defect arises because the product is incomplete or badly and dangerously packed.
- If after inspection the product is found to have no fault. It will be set aside for collection by you.
- The Goods will not be accepted for credit if used for anything other than normal domestic use. Restaurant, Catering and hotel use are specifically excluded.
When you own and become responsible for the products. You will own the products once we have received your payment in full. The products will become your responsibility from the time that we deliver them to your specified delivery address.
Magimix Guarantee
- Excluding Le Glacier, all Magimix products carry a 3-year manufacturing defect guarantee from the date of purchase.
- The motors found in all Food Processors and Juicers carry a 30-year guarantee from date of purchase.
- Magimix operates a dedicated Customer Care Department who should be contacted before you replace a product to establish if the issue can be resolved.
Customers who wish to return Magimix products outside the 31-day purchase period should contact our Customer Care Department, via our website https://www.magimix.co.uk/

Nespresso Guarantee
- All Nespresso products carry a 2-year guarantee
- Any Customers who wish to return Nespresso products outside the 30-day purchase period should contact the Nespresso Repair Service Team on 0800 442 442. This includes machine collection, repair and return of the machine back to the consumer.
HOW TO RETURN PRODUCTS
To return products, you must follow the returns process on the Magimix Trade Website. Our address for returns is Unit B, Grovebell Industrial Estate, Wrecclesham Rd, Farnham, Surrey, GU10 4PL.
PERSONAL INFORMATION YOU PROVIDE TO US
We will handle any personal information that you provide to us in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
OTHER IMPORTANT TERMS
Each of the paragraphs of these Terms operates separately. If any court or relevant authority decides that any of them are unlawful, the remaining paragraphs will remain in full force and effect.
Even if we delay in enforcing these Terms, we can still enforce them later. If we do not insist immediately that you do anything you are required to do under these Terms, or if we delay in taking steps against you in respect of your failure to comply with these Terms, that will not mean that we have waived our rights against you or that you do not have to comply with those obligations.
Any paragraph of these Terms that is stated or (by implication) intended to apply after your contract with us comes to an end for any reason shall continue to do so after the contract has ended.
These Terms are governed by English law. You and we agree to submit all disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
We may need to change these Terms from time to time, for example to reflect changes in the law. The version of these Terms that apply to your order are those which are available on the Magimix Website at the time you place that order. Any changes to these Terms after you have placed your order will not affect that order. Please read these Terms carefully each time you make a purchase.
